Aperlai was an ancient city located in what is now western Turkey. It was a prominent city in the region during the Hellenistic and Roman periods and was known for its strategic location and abundant resources. The city was also a center of trade and culture, with a temple dedicated to Apollo and a theater that could seat up to 5,000 people. Aperlai is now an archaeological site and some of its ruins can still be seen today.
