Located in the Döşemealtı district along the Antalya-Korkuteli highway, just 15 kilometers from the city center, this recreational area spans 140,000 square meters — making it one of Antalya's largest urban escape destinations. The cool air beneath the trees feels as though the heat and traffic of the city have been left well behind.
Opened in 2013 by Döşemealtı Municipality and described at the time as a landmark civic project, the site has been consistently popular since its opening, especially with families and nature walkers on weekends.
A Forest with Paved Paths
Düzlerçamı has been designed with comfort in mind as well as nature. Walking paths are paved, so there's no need to worry about rough terrain underfoot. Picnic tables and seating groups are distributed throughout the forest, with drinking fountains and sanitary facilities placed at regular intervals. Small shops and kiosks are available on site. Children's playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment are also part of the grounds. Private security personnel on duty around the clock keep the area safe at any hour. With over 38,000 Foursquare check-ins, it ranks among the most visited natural recreation areas in Antalya.
Combined with the nearby Termessos Ancient City, Döşemealtı offers a natural route for a full day of nature and culture.
