A Natural Miracle at the Peak of the Taurus

Located at an altitude of approximately 2,100 meters between Gündoğmuş and Alanya, Söbüçimen Highland is often referred to as the "Alps of the Taurus." This vast plateau, where you can see snow on the peaks even in mid-summer, is enchanting not only for its cool air but also for its unique alpine landscapes. Söbüçimen is the ultimate escape for nature enthusiasts seeking refuge from the scorching Mediterranean heat.

Eğrigöl: The Mirror of the Sky on Earth

The true treasure that makes Söbüçimen world-famous is Eğrigöl, located in the heart of the highland. Fed by melting snow, this tectonic lake offers a postcard-perfect view with colorful endemic flowers and year-round snow patches. The surroundings of the lake are among Turkey's top destinations for camping, nature photography, and botanical tours.
