Antalya's Northern Viewpoint

Situated in upper Kepez, just north of Antalya's main intercity bus terminal and directly across from the city zoo, Kepez Kent Ormanı (Kepez City Forest) offers a perspective not often found: instead of looking toward the mountains from the city, you look down at the city from above. From here, Antalya unfolds in a single panorama, from the bay to the peaks.

This 140,000-square-meter forest area takes on a different character with every season, its canopy of pine and oak trees providing shade and coolness. Maintained and continually developed by Kepez Municipality, the park has firmly established itself as the go-to green alternative for Antalya residents wanting to step away from the coast on weekends.

A Wide Range, from Adventure to Stillness

Kepez City Forest is home to walking and running trails, cycling paths, outdoor fitness equipment, and seating areas. Picnic zones and cafeterias make day visits comfortable. Adventure Park offers a 10-stage rope course and a zipline for children aged 4 to 12. A structure known as the Osmanlı Otağı (Ottoman Tent) within the forest serves as an atmospheric rest stop. The viewing terrace in the Kepezüstü area looks out over a panoramic sweep from the city center to the bay and the Beydağları mountains.

Antalya Zoo sits immediately beside the forest, and DokumaPark is a short distance beyond — all three can comfortably fit into a single day in Kepez.
